Located in a converted auto repair garage, Greer's Burger Garage is lead by Chef Ethan Greer, a Spring Grove native who followed his culinary dreams back to Dover, PA. After breaking ground on his first concept - Taqueria El Camino - Greer’s Burger Garage opened half a mile down the road as a nod to classic car culture and the belief that American Nostalgia should be shared with everyone, across all generations.
Inspired by the smashburger craze and a craving for fresh classic American fare, Chef Ethan mastered the secret art of art of high-volume burger prep and added a twist to Pennsylvania classics - Deep-Fried Mini Pierogies, White Birch Beer, Burgers in Sauce, and Martins Potato Rolls.
Our new location in Hanover, PA is now open! Stop by and grab a burger topped with bacon bolts, a large serving of garage fries, and dip them in our special garage sauce or homemade ranch!
